As per Liberty Township Code §88-8. Filling of gutters and ditches.
“It shall be unlawful to fillup, cause to fill up or allow
to be filled up the gutters, ditches, inlets and/or storm drainage facilities
along any municipal road”
As per Liberty Township Code §88-9. Violations and
penalties.
"Any person or party who is found to be in violation of the
provisions of this Article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $200, as
well as reimbursement to the Township for the removal of any materials on the
roadway or drainage facilities"
