CLEAN UP TRANSPORTERS

 Please be advised that you CANNOT use a COMMERCIAL VEHICLE for your personal trash transporters to the dump for Spring Clean Up 2021

As PER NJDEP Compliance Advisory issued April 2003;

" DEP Steps up Enforcement of Small Solid Waste Transporters"

You are accepted if you are hauling waste that you generated at your own home, and

the waste is being hauled in passenger type vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of less than 9000 lbs.

In all other cases vehicles used to transport waste must be registered with DEP.  Further,

business in certain other cases must be licensed with DEP.
