2021/22 Liberty Township Rec Basketball
Registration Info
Liberty Township Recreation
provides a basketball program for girls and boys in grades Kindergarten through
Eighth Grade (Co-ed: K-2). Depending on
registration numbers, we would look to combine players with other local teams
if necessary. This may require more
travel. Practices will start in
November.
Registration is available
by downloading a copy of the registration form and mailing/dropping it off in
the mail slot to the Liberty Township Municipal Building, 349 Mountain Lake
Road, Great Meadows, NJ 07838.

Registration forms can also

ALL REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE BY October
15th

Registration costs*:
Kindergarten – 2nd:
$25 (includes uniform t-shirt)
3rd – 8th
Grades: $65
Uniform fee:
3rd – 4th:
$10
5th – 8th:
$25 deposit for season use of Uniform
* No payment is due at this time. Volunteers are needed
to make this program work.
Each team will need a
coach, assistant coach/parent helper to volunteer.
