Weekly Fitness Program Schedule January 2019

Please note the change in our weekly fitness program: This Wednesday we will have Yoga instead of Qi-Gong/Tai Chi. I apologize for the disruption in our schedule and know some of you have been eagerly waiting for Qi-Gong to return. 

For the month of January, here is the class schedule:
January 9 - Yoga with Amanda
January 16 - Yoga with Amanda
January 23 - Yoga with Amanda
January 30 -  Qi-Gong/Tai Chi with Stan

All classes begin at 6pm and last one hour long. Classes will be held in the meeting room at the Liberty Twp. Municipal Building, 349 Mountain Lake Road and are $5 per person to attend. Please bring your own mat for Yoga.
